Dear Sirs: I'm writing this letter in recognition of the extra effort put forth by Tim Henehan. His effort made the extended warranty company understand and agree to the repairs required to fix the Power Gear Hyd. Jacks syatem on my 1998 American Dream motorcoach. He needed to go through several levels of management on Friday afternoon to have my repairs authorized, while most of them seamed to be "Out of the Office". Yet, he persisted and finally received approvel and was able to save me several additional days of delay.
